About Irina

I have been painting watercolors for 35 years. After retiring from forming and serving as President of the Vermont Watercolor Society for three years, we sold our property in Vermont and moved to France. I had conducted painting tours throughout Europe in the 90’s and discovered this beautiful part of France  (Quercy) for our retirement . The painting here has incredible light and there is never ending inspiration.  After many requests , I decided to teach developing my own method after experiencing  the short- comings  of  many workshops I attended over the years . My teaching method which stresses individual quidance and assures that  every student goes home with a painting he or she is happy with, has been a huge success.
